Social Media Management: Surgery Associates of Tupelo


Surgery Associates takes pride in serving North Mississippi and the surrounding area, and has done so for over 35 years. Their reputation is based on their use of state-of-the-art techniques performed skillfully and with an attitude of caring. Above all, it is their goal to use knowledge in their respective specialties to provide patients with the most comprehensive, quality, and professional surgical care in the greater Tupelo area.



Our social media marketing strategy for Surgery Associates is geared towards reinforcing the reputation these physicians hold in their community, providing information and resources for patients, and demonstrating why Surgery Associates should be the first choice for those in need of care. Our monthly content planning and creation, multichannel distribution, and custom graphics have boosted the presence of Surgery Associates on social media and we are proud of our working relationship with this organization. 


Social media provides an opportunity to share educational content, patient testimonials, staff features, and so much more. Aligning Surgery Associates’ content with current trends relevant to the healthcare industry (e.g. awareness months) keeps Surgery Associates consistently in the eyes of potential patients.



Brand Development: Carlyle Concierge MD


Dr. Amy Blossom believes that concierge medicine allows us to practice medicine in a traditional way that also embraces the benefits of technology like virtual visits and texting that increase access and convenience for our patients. That’s why she began Carlyle Concierge MD. Through CCMD, Dr. Blossom is able to provide patients individualized and dedicated healthcare, direct physician messaging, and trustworthy guidance.



Developing this brand began with market research–a key phase in our branding process. Several questions have to be answered before we create a brand identity: who is your target audience? What are the strengths and unique qualities of your business? What tone, voice, and character do you want to convey to patients?


Next, we began preparing mockups for a brand that would meet the client’s needs and wants, convey a timeless and professional feel, and leave a lasting impression on potential patients. As a new company, CCMD held little brand recognition in the community, so we wanted to build something that would reflect Dr. Blossom’s position as a respected physician and the personalized, professional nature of CCMD.


We also designed brand elements that are easily transferable across marketing channels. The CCMD marketing strategy involves a multichannel approach, and branding should be aligned across these channels, conveying one voice behind the brand.


Website Design: Connection Counseling


Connection Counseling is a family, relationship, and individual counseling practice owned by Holly Palmer, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Based in Tupelo, Mississippi, Connection Counseling provides clients a faith-based approach to resolving interpersonal conflicts, processing past trauma, and developing healthy communication styles.



In designing the Connection Counseling website, our team wanted to provide a reliable source of information for clients that showcases Holly’s expertise. The website is clean and simple without sacrificing aesthetics.
